At the Grapevine, we consider hosting a wedding to be both an honour and a privilege.
Our objective is to create the perfect environment for the bride and groom to relax, and enjoy the most important day of their lives.
At the Grapevine we can offer you everything you will need for an intimate and unforgettable wedding. You can hold the ceremony, the wedding breakfast and the reception here, all under one roof, should you wish. Or we can cater for just the wedding breakfast and reception, the choice is yours.
We also have 22 beautiful bedrooms to accommodate your guests.
The hotel holds a civil wedding licence, and can cater for up to 85 for the wedding breakfast and 150 for an evening reception.
All-Inclusive
Our all-inclusive option caters for every element of your wedding, including bed and breakfast accommodation, room hire and our superb Wedding Breakfast Package for up to 44 guests. This option allows you and your guests to take over the whole hotel for the day and night, giving you our complete and undivided attention at all times, providing a wonderful environment for your wedding celebration.
Per Guest
Our per guest option caters smaller weddings, or for where overnight accommodation is not an important consideration. This option allows you to provide our Wedding Breakfast Package your chosen number of guests. Of course, your guests can book accommodation separately if required.

I do not feel the need to write letters of this nature very often these days but the excellent service you and your staff awarded my daughter, her husband, and their wedding guests this past weekend really impressed me. The following are the particular points of excellence we received.
- Our rooms and the service given them were excellent.
- The meals and their impeccable presentation and service.
- The bar staff, (in particular the two young ladies who kept my two young grandchildren entertained as they waited for the time of the meal). I consider this attention to customer care a step beyond what was expected and I was extremely impressed with their patience and imagination.
- The wedding venue was presented in an extremely fitting and personal way and attention to detail was remarkable. My daughter and son-in-law's every wish was taken care of
- The floral arrangements and decorations were sensational.
- Provision of a hairdresser and make-up, carried out to perfection and in the privacy of my daughter's room.
All in all it was the most perfect wedding, and weekend, in what I consider to have been, the perfect setting. I would most certainly highly recommend your hotel to anyone in a similar situation or simply for a relaxing stay away.
